Yesterday, Dr. Leslie Gregoricka and her students, from our neighboring University of South Alabama, assisted the Mobile Police Department. Anthropology contributes to communities in many practical and humanitarian ways. The skillset that these bioanthropologists provide the forensic investigation unit will help identify the deceased and the manner in which they died so that their family members will have answers.
