So this nasty lady decided to visit and stay since last night. We are really getting the worst of it now as we live near a Air Force base and have heard the tornado warning siren twice today. For the first time in many years Frank has a migraine and mine is kickingbpretty hard so I'm guessing really bad weather is gonna get him even in adulthood. The white dot is about where we are, but no worries, this is pretty normal to us Coastal Natives!! This is just a inconvenience! So today, I straightened my crown and held my head up high to show you all that it's not just a "headache" and do not let yourself be judged or defined by migraines. For one, you are more than that, WAY MORE! Two, you are no longer a sufferer once you decide to do what you can to help yourself, then you are a warrior... ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT!
