Remind her that it’s okay to feel this way, and she’s not alone. Postpartum depression is common and treatable. 4️⃣Check in with her regularly. A simple “How are you today?” can show her that someone cares. Let her know she’s not forgotten, when everyone is celebrating the little one. 5️⃣Gently suggest therapy or counseling if you notice persistent signs. Reassure her that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
