The Blue Dragon Film Awards is an annual awards ceremony that is presented by Sports Chosen for excellence in film in South Korea. The 44th annual awards ceremony just took place on November 24th, 2023.

Members of the Korean pop group NewJeans performed for the live audience and two were wearing Supreme Tamagotchi’s on their waist! This is not the first time NewJeans has been spotted wearing a Tamagotchi Original.

Sick of collaboration’s? Well you might be excited about this one. Looks like Bandai might be expanding their horizon. There’s a rumor floating around that Bandai is partnering up with Supreme, an American clothing and skateboarding lifestyle brand. The rumor claims that Supreme is expanding their list of partners and suggests that a Tamagotchi is next.

No other information is really provided, other than the collaboration would be a Tamagotchi and it would be released in Spring/Summer of 2023. Some fans on social media have put together renderings of a Tamagotchi Pix, and a Tamagotchi Original, but no images have been associated to rumor yet.

Supreme Tamagotchi Raises Age Recommendation

Are you old enough to owe the Supreme Tamagotchi? Original pictures of the Supreme Tamagotchi packaging showed an age recommendation of 8 years of age or older, but upon launch, the packaging changed slightly to reflect 15 years of age or older. Not sure why there needed to be an increase in the recommended age, but you better make sure you’re old enough to own a Supreme Tamagotchi!
