When I was asked at ER triage yesterday if I was still breastfeeding, it broke my heart a little to not be able to immediately say "YES" 💔😢 A week ago we hit 15 months, and this picture will always be so special to me because of that. It is now such a sporadic event because life and supply, but my entire goal initially was just to hit 12 months and we surpassed that with flying colors! . Through all our ups and downs, sicknesses, and supply drops, we did it, and I am so damn proud! Daddy coming home from deployment changed a lot, including our nightly routine of nursing before bed, and that is such a bittersweet thing.
