Am I the only who who thinks it's rascist when Survey asks specifically if your Latino/Hispanic?

Even if there is already a question asking race, they just had to double check you were hispanic. Like Why would you like to know that specifically?

So we received this survey thing addressed to no one in particular just resident and I opened it up and there was a dollar inside and it said the person who had the last birthday is the one they want to take the survey and like that was me. I get 5 more dollars for filling it out and it was a one page survey about TV and internet. I've got this.
