You are stronger than you think you are. You seem like a nice person. You have way more people cheering you on than you realize.

You owe nothing to anyone unless you feel led to freely give it.

Talk it out as much as you need to, to work through whatever you are going through, with those who will listen and try to understand.

We're all in this together.

That's my daily break from toxic masculinity. Now I'm going to go out back and shoot discarded household items as a coping mechanism for my own unresolved issues. :)
