I would like you to notice how love is expansive and fear is constricting. When you are trusting your life's path, you naturally become optimistic. In this state of being, you are receptive to what is coming into your life. Yet when you are nervous and doubtful of your path, you may shut down to new opportunities. Your fear closes you off to possibilities that are meant for you. Today I want to remind you to open your heart to the abundance of my love that is there for you. Do not allow fear to shut you off from the bounty of angelic love and help that is yours. Remain centered in your heart and confident in your faith.

FEAR RELEASE Fear has both a strong physical & psychological impact on our bodies: - adrenaline 🧠 - cortisol, - raised heart rate 🫀 - vasoconstriction to mane but a few. This enables us to FIGHT or FLIGHT⚠️ This is not how we want to be burning though. It undoes all the powerful & productive work of the sympathetic nervous system during labour & birth: - vasodilation - decreased heart rate - serotonin & endorphin release . . . 🚦 The negative effects of fear during labour can stop it from starting, slow it down in the first stage of labour, and stop progress in the later stages of labour resulting in longer more painful labour as your body works in opposition to birth rather than in unison with it Taking active steps to address your fears and release them during pregnancy & birth can make a HUGE difference in managing these feelings & their affects . . . 🔖write down your fears - acknowledge them as real & valid ... then burn them 🔥 🧘‍♀️ Manifest & Meditate - create affirmations, vidualusationdms & intentions to bring positivity & possibility 🧼 Cleanse your body & your birth space (including the hospital) to rid it of negativity & fear based energy 🤝surroubd yourself with people & things that support you in your journey towards a positive peaceful birth 🏳️surrender to the process & trust that your body & your baby know how to birth without control . . .
