Being awake at this time should not be legal. Or at least shifts beginning at this time shouldn't be legal. Also noisy dogs. We should ban dogs, and children, that think it's okay to keep people up at night when they have to work at the crack of dawn. Maybe we could just arrange for the sun to rise later.
