It would surprise all three of you when Jeonghan's son called you 'mom'. You had taken the two of them to meet the rest of your family and his son was trying to get your attention but you were both talking with one of your parents and unintentionally ignoring the cute seven year old who was trying to tell you something so he kinda just hollered in frustration
LISTEN TO ME MOM!
Jeonghan would glance between you and his son for a minute to catch both reactions at once because you were a little teary eyed that you were finally getting the nickname you've been waiting for whilst Jeonghan's son was kinda just giving a sheepish smile towards you both.
Sorry for hollering, I don't like being ignored.

Having Jisoo's daughter call you mom was a pretty big accomplishment. You and Jisoo got together when she was still learning how to talk so she could only say 'daddy' and 'hello'. Jisoo kept trying to teach her how to say 'mommy' but she wasn't picking up on it easily. One day she wanted you to pick her up and cuddle with her but she couldn't say 'hold me' so she called you mom.

Jisoo was so proud and excited he would probably celebrate with a nice dinner and cookies for his daughter.

Jihoon's son has always been a little awkward around you simply because you weren't around when he was younger and he's had a hard time adjusting to a new woman coming in where his biological mom used to be so it would take a while for the twelve year old to call you mom and he only did because he felt bad. He overheard you and Jihoon talking about the cute mini version of Jihoon not liking you because you're not his mom so he would feel a little guilty for always calling you by your name.
I love you mama.. You know that, right?
Jihoon would initially be shocked that he just randomly told you that but he would also hope that him saying that would make you feel better and like the child actually did love you.

Proud little sunshine daddy Seokmin would probably scoop you both up into tight hugs when his daughter called you 'mommy' for the first time. It's still kind of early in your relationship with the child because Seokmin didn't wanna just throw you into parenthood or just throw his child at a woman who wouldn't stick around longer so he waited a few months before introducing you to the small toddler and it was love at first sight for both of you. It took another few months for her to call you mom but she did when you were helping her pick out a dress to wear to meet your family.

Dealing with both Seungkwan and his sassy son is definitely a challenge you need life training for. It's a battle trying to get the grumpy and extremely dramatic one year old to eat anything besides chocolate so when you tried to feed him a piece of your kimbap instead of another cookie he looked at you like you had just cut his leg off right in front of him.
That's nasty mommy.
Seungkwan would freeze in his spot and pull the most dramatic 'oh my gosh' you have ever heard in your entire life. He was shocked but very happy that Seungkwan Jr had called you mom but would of course have to pull something stupid to make up for his tears.
