Parts in the Crush choreography that tickle the right side of my Musical Theatre Kid brain :)
As if Crush isn’t already one of the best choreos of the year, I wanted to pick out specific parts that are perfection, especially when looking at them from a musical theatre point of view.
The whole performance gives me so many musical and Singing In The Rain vibes
Note that, not only the choreography at those specific moments, but also their singing with it are what makes these parts so pleasing to watch
Mind you, I don’t have any special education in musical theatre, I’m just a fan and used to do it quite a lot :)

You and Junhui only returned home from the bar at 3am and, four hours later, the two of you were still awake. So, needless to say, your “morning after” turned into an “afternoon after.” But it didn’t feel like it.
You only got to sleep for five hours. You still felt a little tired and a little drunk from last night and the smirk on Junhui’s face reminded you all about your activities just a few hours prior. Actually, if it wasn’t for Junhui’s staring – and the few, innocent kisses he’d placed all over your face while you slept – you were sure you wouldn’t have woken up at all.
“Morning, beautiful,” he said and, although you’ve heard him call you that hundreds of times, hearing this first thing in the morning, while Junhui’s voice was still a little hoarse, made you melt right then and there.
“Morning,” you replied quietly. “But I have a feeling it’s not the morning at all.”
“It isn’t,” Junhui confirmed. “But I was hoping you didn’t have any plans today so I didn’t wake you earlier.”
Knowing that nights out with Junhui tended to end with you waking up in his bed, you never made plans for the next day.
“I don’t,” you said. “But it would be nice to get out of this bed before it’s nighttime again.”
“Hmm…” the sound came out of his mouth in the form of a purr as he cuddled his face into your neck, making you turn away from him to avoid the tickling sensation. “Why would you leave me all alone in this bed? There are so many things we can do, I wouldn’t mind spending the whole day here with you.”
Hoshi
Everything related to Soonyoung was fun. His smile when he saw you take your clothes off for the first time was excited. His sounds of pleasure when his body was finally on yours were cheerful. The whole atmosphere as the two of you giggled all through the night was playful. You had no doubt that after you fell asleep, you smiled all throughout the night, no matter what you dreamt about.
And, obviously, it was his Soonyoung’s cheerful smile that you saw first thing in the morning after you opened your eyes.
“Good morning,” he said, his bright mood immediately dissolving your grumpy one. You weren’t a morning person, but, apparently, you were an any-time-of-the-day person when you were with Soonyoung.
“Morning,” you replied, responding to his smile with one of your own. “Did you sleep well?”
“I did,” he said. “I wouldn’t mind sleeping more, but I can’t waste my time doing that when you’re here.”
“Sleeping is not a waste of time,” you said.
Soonyoung nodded, acknowledging your statement and yet still countering it. “It is when there are so many other things we could be doing.”
“I hope you mean eating,” you said, watching his smile widen. You and Soonyoung had many things in common but your love for food was one of the biggest ones. “I am starving.”
He sat up as soon as you said it, nearly tossing the blankets on the floor in the process.
“On it!” he exclaimed, leaning in to press an unexpected, yet just as warm kiss to your forehead. “You stay here, I’ll bring the breakfast to you. You deserve to spend the whole day just laying in bed.”

You were actually halfway out of bed when you heard Minghao softly mumble something, still too drowsy to speak properly. You turned around to look at him and, within a few moments, Minghao opened his eyes. The two of you watched each other for a while until he blinked, breaking eye contact.
“Are you leaving?” he asked slowly, his voice still laced with sleep.
You weren’t sure if you were supposed to leave so you chose to ignore his question. “I’m getting water. Do you want anything?”
“Yes,” Minghao said. “I want you to stay in bed with me.”
Resisting the urge to smile, you looked away from him. He wasn’t always so open and honest about his feelings, so all the butterflies soaring in your stomach after he said this were justified.
“Alright,” you said. “I’ll be right back.”
But just as you were standing up from the bed, Minghao grabbed your hand, earning a confused look from you.
“Don’t be long,” he said. “It’s cold here without you.”
Frankly, you have never seen this clingy side of Minghao before but it brought a smile to your face that no amount of resist could have helped you avoid it. Not to mention how cute he looked with morning hair and sleepy eyes…
“Okay,” you said. “I’ll be right back.”
But he kept on holding your hand. You watched him expectantly, waiting for him to let go.
But he didn’t.
Instead, he brought his tongue over his lips in a slow – and a very hypnotizing – manner, and gave you a smile. “I changed my mind. I’m not letting you go anywhere unless you give me a kiss first.”
Dino
Chan woke up before you did and he just watched you sleep for a good minute. Then he had a moment of panic because he thought that maybe the right thing to do in this situation would be to bring you breakfast to bed. But then your eyes fluttered open before he could make this decision.
“H-hi,” he said, his gentle voice helping you wake up.
“Hi,” you replied slowly and then waited for Chan to say something else since he opened his mouth. But he just watched you again. “Is everything okay?”
“N—yeah. Yeah, it is,” he said, looking away. “I just… I didn’t realize you’d look even prettier in the morning than you did last night.”
“Oh,” you looked away from him, too, turning to lay on your back. “Oh, wow. It is too early to be blushing, don’t say that.”
He chuckled at this and you glanced at him, realizing that his bright smile was the only source of light in the bedroom. He looked amazing at all times of the day, but his bare face in the morning was the one look that took your breath away the most.
“You look beautiful, too,” you said then, looking away again because there was something too intimate about giving a person compliments when you were laying in bed next to them, the specific scent of passion still in the room.
Chan gently brought his hand to your face, turning it towards him. “I want to do something.”
“What?” you asked, expecting him to explain to you what he had in mind. Instead of that, though, he just leaned in closer to you, placing a soft kiss on your lips and lingering there for just a moment because there was nothing he loved more than the feeling of your lips.
You had a smile on your face when he pulled away and Chan began to smile shortly thereafter, too. “Is that what you wanted to do?”
“Yeah,” he nodded. “And I’d really like to do it again.”

Has to share a room with 4 other members so he sleeps on the outside of the bunk bed so you don't roll into the floor

Likes to lay in bed and watch a movie with you before everyone goes to bed so you guys can have a few minutes alone together before it's three in the morning
But when bed time actually roles around, he'll make sure you're comfortable where you're laying and switch positions if you're not before he wraps the both of you up in a blanket.
"I love you" is important as hell so he'll say it over and over again

And Mama Jeonghan would beat his ass and every one else who tried some smooth shit
Then everybody is fighting and that’s the end of Seventeen
So don't flirt with him after midnight because Seventeen's career is on the line
When/How they first met you - performance unit scenario:
Hoshi/Soonyoung: When Hoshi was out eyeing off his next target from an enemy group, you were also in the area. As Soonyoung went to capture the target, the person of Soonyoung’s focus stole your phone and started running off. Soonyoung caught him just down the rode, killing two birds with one stone by also getting your phone back. When he handed it back to you, your smile was as bright as the sun. Soonyoung was like putty.
Minghao/The8: You had just come out of a meeting. You had just become the boss of a very successful Japanese Mafia making their way into Korea, so allies were a must. You had met with SM mafia and talked terms as well as gathering information when someone spoke from the shadows. “You shouldn’t believe everything you hear. Pledis isn’t that bad, I promise SM is worse. Maybe you’d like to talk to my boss?”
Jun/Junhei: He met you after you had spoken to Minghao and Seungcheol. He was negotiating with you to spill the information you got out of SM in other meeting - ones Minghao wasn’t spying on. Much to his dismay, you were the hardest one to crack, but Jun has always liked a challenge.
Dino/Chan: The trainee of the group had to sit through the discussion between you and Jun, watching the bickering back and forth and the small exchange of information. He saw you as a learning opportunity if you were to team up with them.
