Super Wings as Chibi Tiny Tales style

As there is no official look of the Super Wings Movie villain, Billy Willy, there is my own take of what he could be like:

There a first interpretation, personnaly, i Imagine Billy Willy being a mix of The Joker from Batman and Willy Wonka from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory

That last one with Jett and Pei is taked by this screenshot, which i believe they have being captured/trapped by BW.
