The In-Depth Look at Julie-Su Part 13: Sonic the Hedgehog Issues 130-133 Home Arc:
Looking back I can see that it really has been a long time since the last update. This year has been rather tough, I look at the state of what's going on in the US and I end up feeling like Julie in the panel below:
Then I come to realize something that while Julie-Su has been a favorite character of mine; it's what the she represents that's become important to me. Someone who was born and raised in a techno-fascist society, broke free and now fights against it. That alone gives me some assemblance of hope.
Now onto the comics.
In the Home Arc Sonic returns to Knothole after being gone for a year. (IE Four Issues 126-129. Drifting in Outer space.) There he finds that the Chaotix are now stationed in Knothole.
The Chaotix join the Freedom Fighters in a fight against a army of Mega Swat Bots trying to invade Knothole.
While on standby awaiting orders Julie-Su tries to convinces Knuckles not to fight.
Amy Rose charges into battle taking out a horde of swatbots on her own. Exhausted afterwards Julie-Su comforts her.
And here in Issue #133 we get the start of the Julie-Su/Rouge Rivalry.
After this the battle begins.
They win the battle and survey the area after all is said and done.
