Nightbringer Prologue
Okay, I just watched the new prologue Nightbringer trailer and WOW! The art style is different and I love how Solomon is narrating! I've seen some people posting theories for it. So, I decided to give my own little opinions.
First let's go off things before we start theorizing:
Barbs is the demon, that is confirmed by video. There's nothing much to be said about that.
The human is MOST LIKELY not Solomon. Barbatos met him when he was on the verge of death after he was summoned by a unique spell. In the video, it doesn't seem like the human has one foot in the grave, they just seem sad.
The human is also not likely to be MC. The Devs try their hardest to give the MC no appearance whatsoever. So why start now?
Theories:
Solomon is the king. Someone else pointed this out, but the demon was summoned by the king. Not called on, brought forth, summoned. The only person to have a pact with Barbatos? Solomon. Also, in the original mythology, Solomon is a wise king.
The Demon King is the king. He's the only character to be called upon with the title. It would make sense, Barbatos is/was a servant for him. And people are usually summoned before a king if they need to speak with him.
The human is Lilith. I haven't seen anyone else bring this up. The only other human that could possibly be in that time period, that we know of, is Lilith. The human seems young and feminine. Considering the inferred time period, Lilith would be young because Diavolo would have just made her human. Also, while years may seem long to humans, it has been said that those years pass in the blink of an eye for demons and angels. It is very possible Lilith was a few years into her human life when the story takes place.
But on that note, we also don't know what period this took place. Was is after the brother's fall? Before? How long before or after?
here are a couple more liliths from a few weeks back
Okay so far in all the fan portrayals I've seen of Lilith she's sweet and quiet and innocent but hear me out: Lilith was just as much a troublemaker as any of the brothers. Chances are she was probably only second to Mammon? Why? Because:
1.) Was so attached to humans (who I imagine had much more freedom than angels) that she'd sneak out to a whole different realm to see them
2.) Fell in love with a human and constantly sneaked out to see him and hid this from the others
3.) Broke the rules and literally changed destiny to save this human's life?
4.) Her actions were the last straw and kick started the war
5.) Chances are she fought with the brothers against the rest of the angels
6.) Was cast out with the rest of them and was technically not an angel when she 'died'
7.) Was the youngest in a family of all boys who were notorious troublemakers themselves and was absolutely adored and probably pampered by them. Not only would Lilith be a 'tomboy' she'd be a brat.
8.) Lucifer went and adopted 5 boys who were all (intentially or not) troublemakers, accidentally created another boy who was a troublemaker, got a new boss who was a troublemaker, adopted a human who was a troublemaker. You think the Universe is gonna let him catch a break with Lilith? And break the pattern? No. The Universe is just gonna punt another little asshole right at Lucifer
“Now all I have to do, destroy it all for you...”
So if Nightbringer takes place a year after the brothers fell, doesn't that mean Lilith is currently alive in the human world? Do you think we'll get to see her?
Probably not.
1.) They never show lilith because like MC the players all have their own idea about what Lilith looks like, specially because she's related to MC, and by showing her they could be implying what MC looks like. Of course, with such a big age gap between them what Lilith looks like wouldn't affect MC at all but the devs would probably want to stay on the safe side & just not show her at all
2.) S1 says Lilith was reborn/reincarnated. OM! takes a lot of little things from different religions in order to make their story and reincarnation is a big thing in Buddhism. Essentially Lilith's soul was reborn in a human body. Meaning right now Lilith is a 1 year old human child, who will get to live her whole life happily as a human and then remember her previous life after she dies
Of course they can retcon this but I don't think they will

Okay so
This is totally referencing Lilith right?
1. "You can't forget about the youngest child!"
2. "Pops up in all sorts of places" vs lilith being referenced when you least expect it (*cough*right now*cough*)
3. "He's practically an angel" vs Lilith technically being the only sibling in the family who truly stayed an angel because she died as an angel
TBH, whenever I read Lesson 16 getting murdered sticks out less to me than the fact that I can't tell Lucifer that Lilith being with her Lover is the Bad™ ending because humans don't poof into existence fully developed like Satan did.
I wouldn't actually do that to him, but the urge is there.
Yessss suddenly spawning as a full grown adult human with 0 connections, 0 memories, 0 knowledge about how the human world works sounds like a nightmare
Which is why it makes so much more sense that when Diavolo said Lilith was reincarnated he actually meant properly reincarnated and gaining a full human life that starts with birth
