Today I officially weigh 195 pounds. This is the lowest I've ever weighed as an adult, but I'm finding as the journey progresses I'm caring less about these goals (though they DO still make me feel great) and more about what my body is capable of. My mile times, how far I can run, how long I can run, how many push ups I can do, which poses I can start to hold longer in my yoga practice.
feeling good, even in the shit storm that finals week has become.
