Weight loss journey began today!

I definitely struggled through my first work out, haha. I think my thighs are shaking from it, ngl.

I just downloaded this fabulous app on my iPhone that sends me reminders and motivations and all this stuff. Every little bit helps, I think!

I'll post updates randomly. I'm sweaty right now though, so peace out.
