Okay.... so, its time to do an update on my road to being healthy.... And the weight loss side of things aren't going as good as i had hoped, but i'm looking at the overall picture. I have been working out hard and making massive gains in the weight I've been lifting and I have lost about 6.5" off my waist and about 2" off my neck. I am back up to 490. But since I have been doing low carb and (because i'm not hungry so much anymore) eating in a calorie deficit, I'm not quite sure why. I have done some asking around and looking back on my food diary, and there are a few factors that could play into it, but none seem to satisfy my mind - muscle weighs more than fat, muscle retains water when you are building it up, etc. It does seem like I might not be eating enough, so i have to start forcing myself to eat more, even if I am not all that hungry.
