Ouch. Started a new workout regime with @mikedonnanperformance then got on the bike tonight. OCD has been pretty bad these past few months and I go through mega episodes of having to frantically organise whatever cupboard I can. It’s all about order and I know it’s been worse since my trauma last year. Husband just came and said to me ‘look, just go and take it out on the bike’. So, half hour later here I am covered in sweat but ironically feeling more relaxed even though my Apple Watch tells my my heart rate is 181 🙈😂 I know there are lots of you out there, clients and friends who have their own little ‘quirks’ whether it’s ocd or routine or ways of getting through times, and I think it’s actually therapeutic to share how you think you manage them or get through it.
