is the political situation in Sweden bad or is it just a thing that shouldn't be ignored *worried*

I’m the worst to ask since I’m not super active politically to be completely honest, so take what I say with a pinch of salt... 

The political situation is, from my experience, in no way perfect and a bit messed up to be quite frank - but at the same time Not That Bad if you compare to many other places around the world... 

We are quite far ahead when it comes to lgbtqa-rights and equality and feminism etc, as well as health care for all and the like, at least more so than average (and judging from my friends in US, we’re definitely better off than them regarding these things)...

BUT. We got problems that really shouldn’t be ignored. Especially as SD (Sweden Democrats/Sverigedemokraterna) KEEP GETTING POWER AND VOTES... 

This party was grounded by literal nazists and racists. And there are SEVERAL MEMBERS who OVER AND OVER AGAIN manage to throw out all these sickening extremist propaganda and racist bullshit and oh my g o d I’m so tired of their shit!!!!!

So yeah idk. It could be worse. The political situation is messy as hell, but not terrible. Fuck SD though and everyone dumb enough to vote for them.
