Steve does have hair in Sweet Drop. Hair on Omega's is rare and it was something that took a long time for Steve to accept, that he was just as omega as the others. Hopper did a lot of work to make sure Steve knew exactly how much he loves it.
The hair on an omega is a lot softer, a little lighter and finer. Steve as the most beautiful dusting of it on his chest. his legs and ass are blonde and fine and feels like heaven for Hopper to rub his cheek over. He loves to grip Steve's chest hair between his fingers and tug, it always makes Steve arch his back and gasp in the most beautiful way.
