Read Fanfiction, it fixes every plot hole imagineable.

Fate/Zero, it’s the perfect mix of drama, action, comedy, and even has hints of romance.

Japan or Canada, depends on the specifics for the project.

Detective Conan vs Lupin III, I’ve only seen it once and when I watched it the subs where horrible.
