If you know me you know I love Cooking, but Baking is another art form in within its own and I wanted to explore that. SWEET & SOUND isn’t just about the food. I wanted to create a space where I could also sit down with my favorite people & artists to have a conversation with them & try some tasty treats! Thanks to @davephoenix for being my first guest. Indulge in a quick and delightful chocolate chip mug cookie. Perfect for a sudden sweet craving!

Ingredients: 1 tbsp butter, melted. 1 tbsp granulated sugar. 1 tbsp brown sugar. 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. 1 egg yolk. 3 tbsp all-purpose flour. 2 tbsp chocolate chips.

Instructions: Melt the butter in a mug that can go in the microwave. Put in some salt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and white sugar. Combine well. Mix in the egg yolk until it's all mixed in. When you add the all-purpose flour, mix it in until it looks like cookie dough. The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. For 45 to 60 seconds, or until the cookie has risen and set, heat it on high. Let it cool for one minute, then eat it warm.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 1 minutes
