Ingredients: 2 cups Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup condensed milk. A pinch of saffron threads. 1/2 tsp ground cardamom. 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds, pistachios, cashews. 1/4 cup honey. 1 tsp vanilla extract. A pinch of salt.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a small bowl, crush the saffron threads and let them soak in 2 tablespoons of warm water for 10 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, condensed milk, saffron-infused water, ground cardamom, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth. Divide the chopped nuts evenly among serving ramekins or a single baking dish. Pour the yogurt mixture over the nuts in the ramekins or baking dish. Place the ramekins or baking dish in a larger baking pan. Add hot water to the larger pan to create a water bath, filling it about halfway up the sides of the ramekins or baking dish. Carefully transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the yogurt is set and has a slight jiggle in the center. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Drizzle honey over the baked yogurt and garnish with additional chopped nuts if desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy and aromatic Saffron Cardamom Baked Yogurt!
