Xiao had been in Jueyun Karst to meet with the other adepti upon their request to discuss something or other about the fate of Liyue, though that was really just an excuse to meet up and socialize. He'd left fairly quickly, only really spending an hour, unable to stay much longer due to his lack of a social battery.

He'd figured a walk through the Karst would do him good, barely remembering the last time he'd stopped to just take a breather. He knew it'd help clear his head, and the energy of the place would clear the bits of negative karma trying to destroy his mind and generally hurting him, that weren't supposed to be there since he hadn't actually used his mask in a bit.

The sudden scream tore him from his train of thought as he quickly teleported to the source of the sound, catching the falling figure mid-air and mid-dash, landing softly a few steps from the tree, before putting the person down carefully. He crossed his arms and turned to walk away, only muttering a "Be more careful next time."

Curious on the relationship between Azhdaha and Morax did you like? What was something you wish you could of seen more of?

I've always been a sucker for friends to enemies to friends/lovers trope. Retuo/Azhdaha is a tragic character (as most Genshin characters are) who went through horrific events and is a traumatic experience for Morax/Zhongli who had to harden his heart to seal him away. Thus, making him one of the many friends who the Lord of Geo lost in his long life.

What I liked most about their relationship is how steadfast they are to one another. That even after everything that happened, you can still see how much they care about one another and see each other as equals. It's an undying loyalty and camaraderie that is seen in many wuxia novels and more epic tales like Sam and Frodo in LotR.

But I'm also biased as heck.

Zhongli's story quest kind of gave us some insight to build a foundation on. There are also bits and pieces of lore scattered in Weapons that tell us that Retuo did love Liyue and cared for those who resided in it a great deal. The Stone Tablets littered across Liyue also hints that Morax trusted him enough that he allowed him such a large territory and the title of 'King of Dragons/Vishaps' alongside the existence of 'Rex Lapis'.

There's also the osthamus wine line of Zhongli's (but that one is more up to interpretation). 

But, I would have loved to see more about their past together. What hijinks did they get into? Rock trivia battle? Blacksmithing nerds? Anything, really. I'm here for the crumbs.

Upon opening the door, Kung Lao is greeted with the sight. Eyes flick up to Violette, then back to the rat then once more at the cat earred woman with a deadpanned expression. "What's this? Are you wanting me to make the rat disappear or something?"

Yuri was currently in the middle of brushing his teeth for the last time of the day during the evening, after having recently ate dinner alongside Shirayuki. The kind woman him and Repede were staying with while they were in the area. He had been helping her with her activities of course, he was no free loader. After he finished, he approached Shirayuki in order to say good night to her.

Then something clicked, Yuri had the urge to do something. No, there was a certain something he knew he wanted to do. And he was not the type to ignore when he wanted to do something. The man gently pulled Shirayuki towards him, closed his eyes and pressed his lips hers. Carefully exploring her mouth with his tongue, massaging it against hers and taking his time with the kiss.

After deciding to take the law into his own hands when so called justice systems wouldn't punish bad people, Yuri had decided to go it alone, back to the days of just him and his dog Repede. Cause not everyone agreed with the way of life he had chosen, especially the so called justice system that was happy to come for him, but not actually happy to punish bad people.

Yuri was currently exploring the world with Repede, to avoid bringing unwanted drama to The Lower Quarter or the people that lived there that he cared about. He'd done enough of that already. Those he knew and cared about had ways of getting word to him if he needed to return home. For now he was going to see who else out there he could help and where else he was needed. Maybe there would come no need for him to take the law into his own hands again.

The duo came to a halt when they spotted something all of a sudden, a woman down on the ground with a book in hand who looked like she was looking for something. Was she expecting to find buried treasure or something? That probably wasn't it. Well there was only one way to find out, Yuri and Repede approached the woman. "Hey." He said with pause, a smile and a wave. "Need any help?"

A birthday gift [Closed RP w/ sweetwallflowers]

Today Lumine had come to the Kamisato Residence for a very important occasion. However, it was something she could have easily missed, if it were not for Thoma informing her a few days prior.

"Ayaka...I wonder why she never told me her birthday. Does she not usually celebrate it?"

Come to think of it, the softspoken female had admitted to not having very many friends for most of her life, so perhaps birthdays brought her more pain than joy, knowing that she would not have anyone besides her family to celebrate with. ーー And even the latter was a source of trauma with her parents having passed away when she was little and her brother being very busy running their clan and therefore not having the time to spend with her.

That is where she would step in. She may only be one person - two if you count her little flying companion - it is still better than none, right?

"Well...Here goes nothing."

ーー And with that, she approached the main entrance, knocking on the door twice.

He was surprised to see that she’d sleep so easily on his lap like this. To think, the terrifying Urameshi being so caring towards somebody else. If people weren’t soo busy and actually took the time to focus of what was going on in the park then they would all be equally surprised. “Tired huh.” Yusuke asked as his fingers gently began combing through her hair. Moments like these were nice, they were extremely dull but at the very least the people around him could find happiness in these times of peace, whilst Yusuke himself? He couldn’t have been more lost.
