I guess I was humming it as I was sitting in the kitchen & I’m a bit shy about singing in public or common areas other than my room in our house...

This was from 4/18/19

I got trigger point injections this morning in & around my left Shoulder Blade area... It kinda looks a bit like a Little Dipper constellation. Its swelled up some after the injections, so once I got home, I put an ice pack on it.

After the ice, the Swelling Did go down, but these were some pretty major injections....

The doctor who did the injections, said they were VERY CRUNCHY & crunched under the needle went it went in... It honestly looks worse than it reallly was, but it did relieve the pain I was having in my left shoulder/shoulder blade...

At a certain point I hurt so much some times & I often have to go to the doctor to have these trigger point injections done Every 2 weeks, its RARE if I can go more than 2 weeks without needing these...

I have a form of Cerebral Palsy that causes calcified knots to form in my back & shoulder muscles, on its own this form of Cerebral Palsy I Have seems to mainly affect the Left side of my body with uncontrolled muscle spasms and movements, as well as chronic pain....

Recently I’ve also begun having Migraines also, not necessarily the kind that last for days, but the kind where I have to take something for it& then go to a quiet place in a quiet & dark room & lay still until it goes away....
