Swillburger Sabbath
N and I have been wanting to come here for a while now. I’ve followed Swillburger on instagram, and their food and space just look so fun, so I was really excited when N and I decided to come here for a kind of date and rest day.
The food really hit the spot. The burger was tasty and I’m a sucker for tater tots and crispy fries, so I’d definitely come back here for those. I’m also a sucker for Boston Creme pastries and flavors, so when I saw a Boston Creme flavored milkshake on the menu, I splurged for one even though the cashier warned me that it was VERY sweet. I probably should have listened to her because she was totally right, but I couldn’t have passed up the opportunity to try it.
Something that’s unique about this burger joint is that they have retro/vintage arcade games that you can play. N and I had a blast using our tokens to play games like Mrs. Pacman, pinball machines, and car racing.
Overall it was just really fun and I love their space, so I’m hoping this place becomes a Rochester staple in the city!
