3.25k eugh kill me now - was good but somewhat overworked for the minimal amount of km covered. 

I ended up training w this 60 year old guy called pierre who’s american but has lived in the UK for 30 years bcos he fell in love with a london lady and never thought twice. so fucking cute!!!!!!!! but yeh he was super cool and i want to train w him more because he actually conversed w me and encouraged me to keep going woooooo
