Vincent (pre fall out) while still old fashioned is not as emotionally closed off as he will later become. The other 2 vees are happy to see a whole different side of him even if they are trying to get their vox back. He doesn’t know who is friend or foe. While happy he’ll one day have a found family and empire his heart breaks to know Alastor never saw him as a friend
