Catching Waves

Will finished putting wax on his board as he waited for his friend to arrive. Surfing was always something Will really enjoyed and having someone to do it with made it even better. He put the wax away and stood up, setting the board in the sand as he kept an eye out for Luca.

"Hi, welcome to Denny's," Sammy set the menus down between the two. "Can I start you two off with anything, maybe some coffee?" She glanced at the man then quickly glanced away with a blush at how handsome he was.

Grocery shopping is something Alex had done on his own very few times. He was beginning to learn that doing so on an empty stomach was a pretty bad idea as the cookies and chips and soda bottles piled up inside of his cart. He approached the produce section with caution, wary that his cart was looking like the cart of someone who didn't give a rip about their health. Scanning the greenery with increasing frustration, he wondered what healthy people actually bought when they were running on empty.

Remy had called Tori, something that had surprised her, asking if they wanted to go out for a few drinks. And so that's what they did. They went out to a bar before heading back to Tori's apartment to relax on the couch with another drink and watch a movie.

Tori was chattering basically no stop by the end of the night, she got that way when she was drunk, and they were mid movie when she felt a  sudden weight on her side. She shut up and glanced next to her to see Remy with her eyes closed and mouth dropped slightly open, passed out against Tori's arm. She chuckled and instantly shook the woman awake.

"Wakey wakey!" Tori fell into a fit of laughter as Remy jumped a little. "What are you doing, falling asleep?"

"Maybe if you didn't talk so much, I wouldn't." The woman grumbled before chuckling softly as well.
