I've only read volume 1 at the moment, but Phos is. Oh my god I love them so much. Like. We're the same what the hell (I mean I can't really say for this Phos, but I did behave like them when I was a child so my statement still stands). Everything they say and do screams "neurodivergent" I heart themmm. AND THEY'RE SO FUN TO DRAW TOO... I LOVE THEIR HAIR...

At first I wanted to draw Dia instead of Cinnabar but nah Cinnabar fits the prompt better, Dia is too sweet of course they would help Phos (as they do), also this exchange takes place in canon so. Yeah yay

Scrunkly Week Day Four: Matching Pairs !

Matching Pairs - Brains and Brawn/Unlikely Allies - Morgana Pender & Crowley Bishop (OC/D&D)

A bit late, but - well, I wasn't gonna do anything for this day. Then, the night of, these two had some bonding moments, inspiration struck... you know how it goes.

So these two are part of a one-on-one D&D adventure I'm a part of; Morgana is my gal, a disgraced detective framed for a high-profile murder, and Crowley is the character of the one who's DMing it, a bounty hunter and marshal of sorts. It took them all of 2 sessions to go from wary strangers to bonded like two stray dogs. And I love them already.

Admittedly, the brains and brawn part has less to do with their skills specifically (it shows a little there, but not as much as one might think), and more to do with their approaches to their jobs. Scrunkly Week: Day 4

She is warm, cheerful, and helpful. He is cold, highly focused on his work, both perfecting it and protecting it from the chipmunk that would try to take it. There is more to them, of course. Being the helpful leader to everyone can lead to moments where she spreads herself too thin, unintentionally neglecting those that need her most(such a scenario occurred during a team contest- settling other team's disputes kept her away from her teammate). And given his work is running the only restaurant in the village, there's plenty of warmth surrounding him! All in all, they balance each other quite well. And why wouldn't they- after all, every Rose has its Thorn...
