Character Sheet Clipping:

This is one of Val's power arts abilities, associated with her playbook "The Disaster". She draws upon the power of her luck to enhance her fighting prowess. This really informed my roleplaying! I was encouraged to keep trying to push my luck, and so Val just kept jumping into dangerous situations with a confidence that she could get away with it. And she did, the scoundrel!

Happy to announce that I'm doing interior art for SWORD OPERA, a new TTRPG launching on KS January 22nd!

The base setting is San Mercurio, an island in a Renaissance-era Mediterranean with a magical underworld, but it's great for any melodramatic story!

Characters in a twoshot of 🎭 Sword Opera 🗡️ I got to play on Open Hearth! The four paragons of House Capuleti are sent on an undercover mission into the Phantom Market to rescue two of the House's children from their vile rivals, House Montecci.

Will my character, Val, the Disaster, swordfight so good the Baron forgives her ill-advised public duel? You'll have to watch to find out! ;)

This was a BLAST and I can't wait to play this system again <3 The game is currently on kickstarter and almoooooost to their goal!

Nicodemo - Sword Opera

Nicodemo comes from lower nobility. Thanks to the ruthless efforts of his grandfather, he was introduced in high society, and thanks to his clever mind he was admitted in an exclusive circle of occult studies. His master ended up being accused of necromancy and flee the scene, leaving Nicodemo to pay for his sins. After a short period in prison, he was freed by a group of paragons who needed his expertise and now he is on the run from Law, from his old master and from his own family.
