Sword Rack (Katana Kake), ca. 1615–1868
I put together a sword rack to display some of the ones I've made over the years and get a little more organized. The rack is made from barrel staves and oak dowels. I hung it around my scrollwork because it looked super cool, although I haven't decided if that piece is too covered with all the blades in front of it. The piece above it is a series of 5 different moons from Shire Post Mint, that I mounted in a piece of wenge for display. The swords themselves I may do a little show and tell on if people are interested.
SWORD RACK - How to display A LOT of SWORDS with Matt Easton
My chosen method for getting a lot of swords displayed on the wall in one room. Sword display rack, swords racks and display.
This is a eight layers hand crafted multi-size wall mounted rack. It is made of natural ash wood painted in black. The weapon holder is well
I just Googled "sword holder mounted on wall" and it actually gave me the name of what I was looking for and couldnt remember. Google is the shit.
