He seems a very gentle, loving, romantic kind of guy who is fond of café dates and probably maybe will not admit being aware of what a certain friend of his was up to because he thought that they would just not be that insane.
Probably could share a partner with Lysandre, but definitely would be interested in having Lysandre be friends with his partner. The ginger man is simply too important of a person in his life for their to be no amicable relationship between them and him. Chances are, too, whoever Sycamore becomes infatuated with is also Lysandre's type. Though, there may be some questionable investigation into them by the company president just to make sure his friend's partner is someone trustworthy.
Likely really wants to seem capable to his partner, but admittedly comes up goofy unintentionally. He is extremely charming, but his talents do come up a bit short in seeming serious. There is always something lighthearted with him, until he is faced with something painful. But then he is heart-wrenching to observe. So, just like his goofy slip-ups entertain your. He is simply glad to make you smile and laugh.
Very affectionate. The type to hang off his partner is pretend it is perfectly normal. To him, it is. What is so wrong about expressing his love for beloved partner? He always seem to have a hand on you if not an arm around you. At a glance, it is more than apparent that you two are lovers. Alternatively, he loves sneaking kisses. Lips will almost always seemingly find your flesh or your own lips. He simply has too much love in his heart, and he sees no reason to hold himself back. Professionalism is not a worry anywhere near his mind. His research speaks for itself, he feels like.

Sycamore and Lysandre could fall into nightmare poly if the two didn't get along so well and wouldn't be so lovey-dovey with a shared partner and each other. It only becomes a nightmare when you and Sycamore realise what Lysandre is up to.
I was drinking a wine cooler and thought about how Lysander and Sycamore would probably wonder what the fuck we were doing when they have perfectly good wine and not whatever the fuck you were drinking is
