Really the only one acting immature is YOU. Sycamore he's been leader for what.. 10 moons? That type of stuff doesn't just click for someone. Especially since it seems you literally encouraged your apprentice to HATE her leader.

S: And Ashenears is her own cat. She has her own opinions. She came to feel that way herself.

The only reason he feels shame is because of how yall are reacting to them. Seriously with how half of yall treat him I don't blame him for not talking about it. Also the fact that the other parent could be dead is a legitimate reason for hatchstar to be grieving ashen. It's clear your to blinded by hatred that hatchstar has. Not. Earned. Neither of you are being nice to each other. Also some cats are just naturally more private. Hatchstar is clearly just someone who is naturally shy and nervous. There's nothing wrong with that. Starclan made him leader. To be honest I truly hope that wasn't a sign because it's clear to me you'd make a terrible leader if this is how you treat others who are nervous. Every person is different. Hatchstar is nervous and that's ok.
