Character Inro: Sylviann
Sylviann is a dragonborn raised in the mountains known as Snowdra's Pass, a mountain range where snow falls eternally and those who live on this mountain live by the motto "eat or be eaten."
Sylvi was born to a clan that taught their young quickly to strive to be noble warriors, or as noble as one can be when survival was at stake. Sylviann, along with her brother, grew into capable warriors who represented their clan well. They fought the dragonborn hunters often, keeping themselves from being either slaughtered or taken to be penned like wine by the hunters. That is, until one day, when luck was not with Sylviann and neither was her clan. In a fight with the hunters, Syvliann was captured and her fellow warriors abandoned her to save themselves and live to fight another day.
Sylviann was taken to the dragonborn hunter colony, where the humans who remained in these mountains collected dragonborn of all colors to keep as their own exotic livestock. For years, Sylvi was left to sit in a cell with the other silver dragonborn who had been taken over the decades, watching as her kin collapsed or were taken for their scales, their meat, or whatever the hunters saw fit.
For years, Sylvi sat and felt her strength disappear, but her spirit didn't falter. She remained patiently, waiting for the day where she would see the sun again and she could help her kin.
Then, one day, an elf who arrived in the snowy mountains in a purple cloak with silver armor was deemed worthy of a gift by the dragonborn hunters. The elf was led to Sylviann's cell, and that is where Sylvi enters our story.
