bro (whoever is reading this is now my brother) I swear to god there are so many variations of Ascanius and his stepmother lavinia but there is no like... big epic fight. they always come back together. Sometimes he tries to kill his step-brother, but I prefer the version where its a big silly if not sad misunderstanding that's kinda awkward maybe ill post it later. (cant let Neoparasite fans see the source of him adopting astyanax)

But overall, Lavinia herself being the person to rule the kingdom after Aeneas' death is so interesting, and I mean it makes sense, ascanius is like 16 or even younger at the time, lmao, and this still lists him as king, so it seems like he would become king after Lavinia.

so yes we've all seen the articles and interviews and stuff, I just seeing everyone talk about how sylki is confirmed canon now woohoo yeah baybee!!! is so confusing bc

it's been?? canon?? for years?? you didn't need someone to sit you down and tell you that, that's what s1 was. it has been canon. were you guys not here for all the hate and the wars about how ~wrong~ the ship was bc it's ~himself~, because I Was There

just bc s2 wrote sylvie terribly and made her/all of the female characters frankly act two-dimensional and 100% made her come off as a grudging ex who barely wanted to attempt to act like a friend does not mean sylki was never canon. and even though she doesn't love him romantically now (convince me otherwise, I saw s2, you can't, she sees them as exes and she's content with moving on and being platonic), he absolutely still loves her romantically

anyway sylkius nation forever, who else was feeling the sylvius potential at the end, peace and love on planet earth

(no really I NEED fic of sylvie and mobius surfing the timelines together, trying everything for the first time, making some kind of base of operations that they both refuse to call a home but is definitely a home, missing loki together until they more smile at his memory instead of cry...)
