With these placements you mentioned above, it look like sexual tension. One placement doesn't mean karmic.

It means that your 8th house sees him as attractive, sexually or trauma bounding?! You also can obssess over him. Mars in th 1st too, sexual tension. The moon in the 10, you admire him or sees him as suitable for your image.
