Behold! The most technically difficult, headache inducing, sanity-killing #Synchro swimsuit* I’ve ever made!
This suit has three different kinds of red making up the flame design, cut into about a million little pieces and painstakingly fit together and sewn.
* Well, swimsuitS, plural - part of the madness was replicating the whole thing so that the two suits were identical (aside from the skin tone)

A Song A Day #12 - I remember Echo Beach by Martha & The Muffins very well. It was a huge tune for some of my friends and me in college. I can’t say I remember Black Stations/White Stations at all. It could be it has just slipped through the cracks in time. I only discovered it through this edit/remix by Lexx. He’s toughened up the beats and brought the bass more upfront. Love the bass and horns in this. He’s chopped up the chorus so it’s no longer clearly dated as being from 1984. I have checked out the original and like it but this is even better.
Leaving for a synchro training camp tomorrow and these are my thoughts because fuck sleep right? Fuck my splits won't be anywhere near flat Can I even still hold a vertical? The coaches are going to kill me What if I'm the worst swimmer there? *gets up in the middle of the night and stretches* splits should be flat now *tries to sleep* what about my lung capacity? Can I even hold my breath? My cardio sucks
