Really exciting synchro news!
I have just found out about a program for synchronized swimmers with disabilities! Having grown up coaching for a Special Olympics swim team, I was very excited to hear about synchronized swimming for those with special needs/disabilities. Please check out there website!

Sorry guys!
So sorry, I moved and havent had internet at home... well still dont, so my chances to update this page are rare...
Hang in there, guys!
USA Synchro announced its Duet Training Squad for the 2015 Pan American Games and 2015 FINA World Championships on Wednesday.
The athletes selected to the 2015 U.S. Duet Training Squad are:
Anita Alvarez (Lafayette, Calif./Town of Tonawanda Aquettes)
Claire Barton (Los Gatos, Calif./Santa Clara Aquamaids)
Mariya Koroleva (Concord, Calif./Walnut Creek Aquanuts)
Alison Williams (Moraga, Calif.)
Omg I can't with your blog lol ugh I miss synchro so much!!! I was with Aquianas for 2-3 years (God like half my life ago, '98-00 or so? ugh, so old lol) most fun of my life <333 best sport ever its so hilarious reading your posts about practice and figures lmao some things never change ;))) and not to brag (yes to brag) I can still do ballet legs and double underwater laps and believe me I haven't been working out all this time so the benefits are long term as is the synchro love *tear* ;P
ha ha synchro is a sport you love for the rest of you life
So I'm in development 13-15 (I don't know how categories work in the rest of the world) and I do 8 hrs/week. This year I'm getting a new coach who makes her teams do 8 under sets and I start crying when I have to do three. Advice?
What is it that makes you cry? Do you get too tired? Do you panic when you cant get enough oxygen? Pin point what it is that sets off the crying... then i can try to help better...
