Caim’s eyes narrowed, hardening into two solid spheres of bright blue. “Survive only with your fangs?! That sounds excruciating. I completely understand why you prefer to end the training so quickly. How does Killer even manage to handle that kind of pain?”

"It can be, but when your hands are a bit preoccupied in holding someone in place, you make do. Sometimes its a better way to injure." Antoine smiles at the shocked man, "We don't actually bite each other in those trainings. Mostly wrestling and tossing each other around. How does Killer manage? I think he tunes it out. When he gets going, he's like a different person. He's never complained of pains from anything but self-inflicted stomach bugs. I'm sure I can ask him for you."

As you said you know all of the answers to these nyeheh. Luxe tried to present himself more confident but mostly as any other immortal or non-human. Anything but an incubus but as we saw that didn't turn out very well. Dude was a mess but the masses are happy that Alex was like, "ok dude you're kinda dumb. just go out with me".

"A few smalls and one large." He shuts that part down immediately. "He knows I disagree with his decision to make her. However I cannot deny that she was his daughter in the blood and he loved her. We have a candle for her just as I have one for Claudia, but that's it. I never want to dwell on his hurt by insisting we discuss her circumstances."

Antoine holds up his mood ring and gives it a wave then points to his worn boots, "I wasn't planning on it. I thought we would just, go on through the decades without the need. Killer however, gave me my own mood ring from a gumball machine on the pier and a pair of boots. Face flushed and said, 'Marry me. Right now. Get dressed and lets get out of here.' I have never seen him so flustered. It was comical, really. I still tease him for it."

"No, he's made it abundantly clear that I'm not getting away again. My past wasn't his fault, so what does it matter?" Antoine shrugs, clearly not bothered, "I was a dying drunk of an artist, a homewrecker as some would say, and he lived for the thrill of possibly dying and constantly pushing the limit of artistic threat. We aren't so different. I'm more worried he's going to wreck another bike into our livingroom. That Magritte was the worst to replace the first time."
