Mental health
The mental health system in the UK is a joke. I went to see a counselor the other day which was no help. Just gave me a card to online resources and told me to look at them. They haven’t helped at all, despite saying I get suicidal thoughts and I self harm.
god damn asshole dude who did my esat deciding i need to keep searching for 30hrs of work pw because im "only" bedridden from migraines once every week or two. like cool good to know thats the only metric. if im not to the totally debilitating point where im laid up unable to function then i might as well be put to work. shouldve just lied huh !
