I'm very angry and stressed, I wanna scratch everything in the world, including myself (except for my friends, they are saints and I forbid any1 to harm them!)

My sibling telling me that I'm a type of system after me telling them that there's a little guy in my head who literally brightens my vision when he shows up and sometimes seems to take over my voice for specific songs he likes. I don't know enough about systems to say one way or another.
