Hello! Is there any way we can get more general terms for alters, fronting, switching, etc? We dont feel comfortable using the more medical terms or words like parts.

Preferably words that are.. softer i guess? That sound nice on the tongue if possible. If not then any ideas in general are fine by me! Many thanks ^^ <3

How to: Not be an asshole

- Don't lie to people. if you don't like something don't pretend to be fine and then complain behind their back. that makes you a Dick. - Don't talk shit without receipts. Actually just don't talk shit. Keep your whining to yourself. - Communicate with people. Don't talk happily with them then talk shit behind their backs. It's not cool. it makes you manipulative and shitty. - If someone is upset and pure able to BE THERE FOR THEM. Don't complain about how much work it is for you to help this person not wanna kill themselves. - If someone is an asshole or abusive to someone else don't just shrug and say whatugunnado. Actually fucking step in and give half a shit. Silence helps the abuser. - Honestly just think "am I lying? would I like if someone did this to me? have we talked about this?" and if the answer is. yes, no, no then get your act the fuck together. Jesus. - Don't just cut off everything without a word. Discuss. communicate. figure shit out. don't decide to ruin the other person by just going 'nah fuck you figure out what's wrong with you on your own. (hint: it's nothing it's issues I have)' - And finally, DONT lie to the persons friends about what happened. It's really not that hard. Making shit up to vilify the other person isn't cool.

time to move on. get better from what they did to me. I'm not defined by their opinions of me and I'm not restrained to what they make of my actions. I need to realize this for my own health. people like them just aren't good for me to interact with, and I need to realize that I don't actually want them back. I want normalcy. and I'll fight to get that in other places. they can stay the hell out of my life from now on.
