During my Osaka trip I met many skilled Systema practitioners and without a doubt one of the stand outs was Naoko. From the amazing work she showed at class to the insights I got from working together Naoko is an amazingly talented practitioner and instructor with such a kind, friendly personality. A true credit to Systema and one of the smallest people that’s ever thrown me across a room by my finger!
