So is the SPG fandom going to talk about how Malfunction is the best self confidence song purely because it doesn’t take the common narrative of “Everyone is Beautiful”? It instead takes the viewpoint of “maybe you’re not beautiful and maybe you have your malfunctions but you’re still loved and appreciated despite your flaws” and I think that’s a much more meaningful, realistic, and important message to put out into the world.
