So feeling that my winter body was too good - and it needs a little trim - I m starting the day with hot fresh lemon - a splash of honey and a few leaves of fresh mint ( I have mint coming out my ears at the moment lol ) and it’s lovely - gives my system a boot up the bum as well! So this is Day 3 Of gluten free 100%. Also no cakes, biscuits , crisps - chocolate bars , take aways. I ve lost 5lb. Shows how much the gluten was bloating me up!
