What she means: When T. Jeff came back from France, he sang jazz. This was because he was not caught up with the revolution, and rapping was the musical's way of revolting. But within a few of his songs, he was full out rapping, even more passionately than hamilton, who practically started it all. And T. Jeff's raps weren't even about the war. They were about Ham. He hated A. Ham more than A. Ham hated Britain and that's saying something.
