meet dewdrop, tatum’s scary dog privilege, but is genuinely the goofiest lovebug who believes he is in fact still that small of a puppy. yes, he is named after her brother’s nickname. no, she won’t admit it to his face ever. she just misses her brother and knows that he would want her to be protected even if he wasn’t there to do it himself. anyways, dewdrop is an angel and tatum will take no criticism.

90′s prep

does your muse spend a lot of time on their outfit and appearance? how long do they spend getting ready in the morning?

i would say tatum spends like a moderate amount of time getting ready, though she’s a big like ‘nighttime outfit planner’ so she doesn’t have to really think in the morning. she just gets everything ready at night, and then will just have to do her makeup and curl the ends of her hair and call it a day. 

does your muse consider the way they dress to be trendy? would other people agree

back home ?? absolutely tatum would have considered herself trendy. here though, she’s probably not like the trendiest person, she sort of sticks to the outfits she’s comfortable with. she also sees all of these like “90s” fashion being in style again and is like “this isn’t accurate”

how often do they buy new clothes? are they the type to keep a outfit for years or replace it after one wear?

tatum definitely buys clothes like pretty regularly, but not like a lot at once? she just will buy a like cute top or some pants she likes when she sees them rather than waiting to do a lot of shopping at once? she doesn’t really clean out her closet all that often though, so it does get pretty full.

is your muse the type to accessorize? how much?

tatum definitely wears like a couple accessories but nothing super major. she will wear like some fun socks, or have a nice purse? but she isn’t super big into jewelry. she definitely wears sunglasses every day though and has a bunch of pairs of them.

how much time do they spend on skin care/makeup/grooming?

probably a little more than average? she definitely spends like 30-40 minutes getting ready in the morning and then just idk i think tatum likes to feel good verse like fully looking super hot. she just likes that to come more naturally than just forcing it

if money and societal expectations were not a concern would your muse dress differently than they currently do? if so, how?

probably a little more comfortable? like i think tatum would wear more like sweatpants or like lounge sets out in the world if she didn’t have like an expectation in her mind of looking put together.

would your muse wear the same outfit two days in a row if they knew they wouldn’t run into any of the same people?

no probably not. if she was like staying at home all weekend maybe but going out? nah she’d definitely at least change her shirt.

have they started dressing differently since arriving in washington? was the transition difficult? do they prefer the clothes here or back home? if your character is unaware feel free to answer as if they are aware.

like she’s definitely started dressing a little more with the times and a little less like very 90′s. she also lived in california her entire life so she’s started dressing warmer in the winters and stuff. but otherwise it’s mostly the same, or at least similar vibes ?? she still loves cropped tops and all that. just likes dressing in what she likes

tatum would probably say she’s pretty ordinary, honestly. she doesn’t have a super special skill that sets her apart. she’s always been pretty well rounded. but she is killer at pinball. she is able to get at least top five in most machines she plays on.

right now she’s starting her first semester of college, she’s still undecided on her major, gone through too many different ideas over the process of applying and decided to just get the first semester out of the way before fully declaring one.

nope, she’s still the same old tatum, just much less dead

starting off this with, i am unfortunately obsessed with the scream franchise and will ramble about every aspect of the first movie specifically but also the sequels after. also scream 5???????????????? anyways, i am just a little obsessed with tatum and her entire vibe throughout the movie, she’s so fucking iconic so anyways here’s me rambling about my girl 

the younger sister of dewey riley, lifelong best friend of sidney prescott, girlfriend of stu macher. 

truly the more carefree, over the top, bubbly bff to sidney’s sort of reserved personality.

is killed by billy but has no idea who was behind the mask. she personally still has no clue what really happened that night and she doesn’t like to think about it. tends to stay out of garages and doesn’t like being in locked rooms. deals with a lot of the trauma from it still but she tries to put it behind her

she’s got more important things going on than dwelling on what happened in woodsboro

is currently in college with an undeclared major, cause she’s debated between psychology, criminal justice, journalism, and just dropping out and going to cosmetology school. sort of all over the place with school right now as she still struggles with feeling like the life she lives right now is even real

she’s the kind of person to absolutely hype you up but also tell you all the harsh truths you need to hear before someone who cares less about you tells you

would give you the shirt off of her back but also leave you on read if you asked her some question she thought was stupid

truly just trying to live her life right now, trying to put woodsboro behind her and just enjoy the life that she never got the chance to have

roommate(s) ; she has an apartment off campus and would love to have one or two roommates

hookups/exes ; she’s been here for a year, and definitely would have fallen down the path of ‘this will distract me’. she’s bi but leans towards men

boyfriend/girlfriend ; this is gonna be one of those big chemistry/plotting things and i know i eventually wanna go down this road but it’s not my main focus rn

coworkers ; she’s probably picked up a couple part time jobs in retail/waitressing 

emergency contact ; listen, she definitely has like at least one friend she calls when she feels like something is wrong, someone she calls when she needs someone else around with her, just a shoulder to lean on when she gets stuck in those “i was murdered” headspaces

self defense class friends/instructors ; girl is one of the only people to fully fight off ghostface, like her and sid kicked both of their asses, she knows how to fight and definitely kept it up in the city
