The people at T3.com have announced the KTM Ultra 1964 Limited Edition as one of the best bikes of 2014, check out the writeup below.

KTM Bikes is about to hit the big half century, and the Austrians are celebrating in the best way possible - by releasing a special edition bike. A super-light aluminium frame brings the 1964 in at an astonishing 11.8kg, which makes it incredible easy-riding whether you’re pounding the tarmac or taking on rocky trails. And with 27-inch Rockshox Reba forks and Shimano parts through-out, the 1964 Ultra is incredibly well equipped. Here’s the catch – there’s only 2000 of them… and only a fraction of these will find their way to our shores, so you’d best snap one up now if you’re interested.

“With sterling or the dollar you can turn around and blame the bankers, rogue traders or governments if things start going badly,” [says Harvard economics professor David Laibson]. “If Bitcoins start to bomb then users only have themselves to blame.”
