Introducing Tabata Thursday! Let's get up and moving! A tabata is a quick 10 minute workout that gets your heart rate up and your adrenaline pumping! The way it works is this: 20 seconds work of exercise A. 10 seconds rest then switch to exercise B for the next 20 seconds. Do this 8 times total then take a 2 minute rest. Then switch to the next 2 exercises for another 8 rounds! Feel free to repeat for a 20 minute workout if you want! You can use any timer you want, or you can download a workout timer (I personally use A HIIT Interval Timer found on the Google play store).
